About Evangeline

Evangeline is a four-year-old black and white cow-patterned domestic short hair with a gentle personality that's still unfolding. This spayed female came to Homeward Trails from a West Virginia shelter and is settling into the DC rescue scene. She's known to get along with other cats but prefers the company of older, calmer feline companions. For families, Evangeline is best suited to homes without young children—she does well with adults and older kids who know how to give a cat her space. Meet Evangeline at Crumbs & Whiskers in Washington, DC, where she shares her days with other adoptable cats in a peaceful, cafe-style setting. Her adoption fee covers spay, microchip, and vaccinations, giving you peace of mind about her health. As a December 15th baby, she's a Sagittarius—naturally curious and a little independent. While her full personality will shine in a new home, what she really wants is a quiet spot and a loyal human or two. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
