Hi there, I'm Cookies! I might be a little shy when we first meet, but underneath that is a sweet, snuggly girl who really wants to connect. I just need a little time to feel safe. My early life was pretty limited--I didn't get to explore much or experience life inside a home--so now that I'm about 7 months old, everything is still new to me. I'll need help with all the puppy basics like house training, crate training, and leash walking. I may also be unsure about new environments, so slow introductions and lots of reassurance will be important. The good thing about my age is that I'm still very adaptable. With a consistent routine, positive reinforcement, and gentle socialization, I'll gain confidence and start to enjoy all the things a happy puppy should. Once I trust you, I'm incredibly affectionate. I love being near my people and will happily soak up all the cuddles you're willing to give. I just need someone willing to help me come out of my shell.
