She had been living in a home, but was brought to a rural animal control when her person went into assisted living. Wendy stole our hearts instantly with her trusting, kind-hearted disposition. She’s so chill and well-mannered. We’ve never heard her make a peep. She just waits patiently in her kennel for someone to come give her love or take her for a walk. Wendy temperament tested well with people and other dogs! She is learning to walk nicely on leash, is in off-leash playgroups with other pups, and is doing a good job of going potty outside. She will be an outstanding family pet! What We’re Unsure About: We can’t guarantee breeds or ages, but we do our very best to guesstimate. In the shelter environment, we never know if a dog is housebroken or not, but we work on getting every dog to potty outside during their time with us. It’s important to anticipate needing to do all basic training.
