This active girl weighs about 40 lbs and sports a beautiful apricot and beige short coat. She exudes energy and fun, thriving in homes where she can play, exercise, and share her love. Pj gets along wonderfully with other dogs and children, making her a fantastic family companion. While cats have not been tested, her friendly nature shines through daily. She is also potty trained, which helps her settle comfortably into a new home. Found as a stray outside a Dollar General, pj hasn’t let her tough beginnings dull her spirit or her capacity to love. She is up to date on vaccinations, on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and will be spayed prior to adoption. Pj is currently in a foster home in McAllen, Texas, and can be transported to your area once adopted. Please note that there are no in-person meet and greets; drop-off locations are available in specific East Coast states.
