To schedule a time to meet this animal, please email meetme@arl-iowa.org. --- - The biggest cuddle bug EVER and just wants to be by your side! - Likes to do her own thing at times, but will always come back for attention - Gets the cutest zoomies and loves sniffing around outside - Loves toy balls and will play fetch all day! - Loves car rides and gets so excited to hop in for a drive - New people can be scary for her, but she warms up quickly if you let her go at her own pace! - Foster family says she does well on a leash and responds well to direction - Super smart and already knows sit, shake, down, "kennel up," and "go grab" to get her ball! - Has not had any accidents in her foster home and does well when left home alone, especially if she has a treat toy or something to help her relax - Needs a teens and above home This pet qualifies for our 7-day Foster-to-Adopt program. All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age) The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
