Lola is a very sweet 2-year-old Bull Terrier mix who weighs 32 lbs. She was found wandering the streets of Bakersfield and likely had a litter of puppies prior to being rescued. She was scheduled to be euthanized at the shelter for lack of space and probably because of her listed breed of pitbull as well. She is currently in a foster home, rescued hours before her time was up. Lola is very loving, has a calm temperament, loves to cuddle and get belly rubs. She gets along great with adults, kids and other dogs. She would be best suited with an individual or family who is fairly active. She could possibly live in an apartment if daily walks are routine. She is crate and house trained: the foster is working on basic obedience commands with her. She is healthy, up to date on vaccines, spayed and microchipped. Lola is relatively calm and would rather cuddle on the couch than roughhouse. She is usually quite indifferent to other dogs but will play if initiated.
