Charlie came to us when his owner became ill and could no longer care for him, and he's still adjusting to all the changes. He can be a little nervous in new situations, but he's slowly coming out of his shell and showing what a loving, gentle boy he is. Once he feels safe, his sweet personality really shines, and he'll make a wonderful companion in a home where he can be the only cat and soak up all the attention. We are a same-day adoption center, and an application does not put you on a list or hold an animal for you. If they are in Wantagh or in a foster home, please submit an online application and our team will reach out to further discuss the adoption process. Prior to adoption, all of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and given their age-appropriate vaccines.
