About Liberty

Start your journey together! Apply now. Liberty is the kind of cat who makes an impression the moment you meet her. From the very beginning, she has shown what an affectionate and loving companion she can be, greeting people with soft purrs and an eagerness to connect. Her gentle warmth and trusting nature make it easy to feel at home with her, whether she’s leaning into pets or calmly keeping you company with her soothing presence. Her journey to safety was not easy. Liberty arrived alongside her companion Bridget, and it’s believed they spent some time together before their rescue. Although they were separated at intake and are still rebuilding their confidence, their special bond still shines when they have time together outside of their enclosures. With patience, Liberty unwinds, engages in play, and shows her vibrant connection with Bridget—hinting at the joy that can blossom if they’re given the right environment and support. Liberty would thrive in a home that understands love sometimes unfolds slowly and is willing to nurture her gentle spirit. She’s already demonstrated her sweet, affectionate personality, and with a patient family, she’ll only grow more loving. Liberty can be good with other cats if introductions are done thoughtfully and gradually. While her experience with dogs is unknown, she could potentially adapt with slow, proper introductions. Whether she’s reunited with Bridget or joins your home as a solo companion, Liberty promises to bring quiet joy, companionship, and a calming presence. She’ll be happiest with adopters who appreciate her story and are ready to let her continue blossoming in a home filled with kindness. She is microchipped, up-to-date on all vaccinations, spayed, and fully litter box trained. Liberty’s adoption fee is $135. If you are interested in meeting her, please fill out an online application. After your application is approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
