About Nka Ada
Ziggy is a 4 to 5-year-old, roughly 50-pound Hound mix who’s been through more than her share of hardship but hasn’t let it dim her joy. She came into rescue after neglect, entering foster care in 2022 without much of an idea how to be a dog. Over time, she’s proven she’s eager to love, adapting quickly and soaking up affection from everyone she meets. Ziggy may still jump on people in her excitement, but she’s working on her manners and learning basic skills. House training is coming along well as long as her routine is steady and she gets regular breaks. Toys are her weakness—she gives them her full attention, solo or with other dogs. She also gets along with cats after the initial curious sniff. What Ziggy wants most is to be close by your side; if she craves a pet, she’ll offer you her paw. A fenced backyard would be a bonus, but not a dealbreaker. She’s ready for a home willing to show her love and set boundaries so she can thrive. Ziggy is spayed and fully vaccinated. She would be happiest in an Ohio home. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
