Mama Cass is the kind of cat who makes a quiet impact—gentle, loving, and looking for a fresh start. She first showed up in a neighborhood colony, trying to fit in but never quite blending with the other cats. Despite her sweet temperament, she prefers to stay apart from feline company. Thankfully, a devoted colony manager made sure she never went hungry, often sitting outside until early morning just to watch over her. When Mama Cass came into our care, we were surprised to learn she was already spayed. Attempts to find her former home didn’t turn up any leads, so now she’s waiting for someone to call her family. She’s the type of companion who brightens up for dogs and gets along well with children, but she really needs to be the only cat. She’s fully vaccinated, ear-tipped, and spayed. As a senior, she'll eventually need some dental work, but she’s otherwise a healthy, loving girl with plenty of affection to offer.
