About Magnolia
Magnolia came to Rebel Animal Rescue from the Borger shelter after being picked up as a stray. Shelter staff believe she may have been dumped. Sadly, this isn't the first time she's been found-she had previously been picked up with a male dog. He was rescued from the shelter while Magnolia was rehomed... and somehow ended up right back where she started. Despite all of that, Magnolia is incredibly sweet and trusting. She loves people, enjoys cuddling and playtime, and happily seeks attention from anyone willing to give it. She has the cutest little basset-style bark that's more charming than loud. Magnolia is doing great in her foster home. She knows sit and down, is house trained, crate trained, and walks well on a leash. She waits to go outside and settles nicely in her kennel. She's comfortable being handled and has been wonderful with both dogs and children. She enjoys playing with other dogs and can also entertain herself with toys. Like many young pups, she's still learning a few house manners-she sometimes barks when the other dogs get excited and her foster is working with her on not jumping up on cabinets. Magnolia will be spayed on the 19th, and available for adoption afterwards.
