Poor carl came to us with FIV. However is otherwise in good health and spirits! This boy likes to just walk around doing his own thing with the occasional head scratches. We tried getting him neutered but needs a specialist as one of his testicles cannot be located woth a regular vet even with exploratory surgery. But he just needs that one special person to give him a chance.
