Preston came to us via fellow Hartford trappers. He was trapped in a community cat neuter project and his rescuers saw he was a sweet boy - he just needed time. And time he will have. Working with community cats, we see a lot of nervous or shy cats. These babies simply need time to blossom into happy and confident cats they should've been all along!
