Meet Willow — Mama to The Cozy Crew Willow's story starts with quiet strength and a whole lot of love. She was brought into the shelter already pregnant, and before long made her way into foster care... where she safely delivered her beautiful litter in the comfort of a home. From day one, Willow has been nothing short of incredible — gentle, attentive, and completely devoted to her puppies every step of the way. Now that her babies are growing, it's Willow's turn to be cared for and cherished the way she deserves. Willow is truly a dream dog. She's calm, sweet, and incredibly low-key — the kind of presence that instantly brings a sense of peace to a home. While she can come across a bit shy at first, she absolutely loves affection and will softly whine to ask for it (and even while she's getting it — it's her adorable way of saying “don't stop”). She's wonderfully well-behaved and hasn't had a single accident since giving birth. Willow gets along beautifully with other dogs and cats, and while she's still stayed close to her puppies, we're starting to see glimpses of her personality shine — joining in for a yard walk here and there or trotting out to say hello. She's also incredibly quiet and rarely barks. Leash life was a little scary for her at first, but she's already made amazing progress and now walks calmly and confidently. And in true Willow fashion, she has the cutest little quirk — she loves to walk along landscape bricks like they're her own personal balance beam. It's become part of her daily routine, and it's just as sweet and gentle as she is. Willow will be arriving on 4/3 and can head straight into a loving home through our two-week foster-to-adopt program to ensure the perfect fit for everyone.
