Meet Kota! Kota is a 2.5 year old red heeler mix. She was raised around her sister and cats as well so she has had positive experiences with both cats and dogs. She is a bit shy when meeting new people, but others say she is a big old sweetie pie once she warms up. Kota has been described as a lap dog that can be talkative when she wants to be.
