About Jacob
Click apply to start the adoption process. Meet Jacob, a super sweet guy with the coolest eyes! At around 3.5 years old and weighing about 35 pounds, Jacob is a medium-sized charmer who loves treats and is extremely food motivated—this will definitely be useful for future training sessions. While he enjoys the company of other well-mannered dogs, he prefers his canine friends to respect his personal space, so a meet-and-greet is a must if you already have a pup. Jacob can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but offering him a few treats is sure to win his trust. The longer he spends at the shelter, the more comfortable he becomes with new faces. Though he’s still working on potty training, Jacob is making progress with support from the staff, and crate training will help him feel secure, especially since being alone can cause him some anxiety. Jacob is located at High Country Humane in Flagstaff, AZ. Fun fact: Jacob was born on September 7, making him a Virgo, which means he just might be extra loyal and attentive! Your kindness could be the key to helping him blossom into the best friend you’ve always wanted. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
