About Jitters
DOB: 8/31/2025 Hi! I’m Jitters! I am a rare orange girl that has mild-moderate Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH) which means I’m a Wobble Kitty! CH is a neurological condition where the cerebellum (responsible for coordination and balance) does not fully develop. CH is not painful (except for maybe when I run into things) and it does not progress. Foster mom says I am adapting to my CH very well! I tend to walk better once I’ve explored my surroundings. I can use my customized litter box all on my own, as well as eat and drink by myself! I am a very adventurous girl. I can go up small ramps and climb on low ottomans. I did manage to make it up the stairs once, but I have also taken a few tumbles, so no stairs without supervision. I love play time and would love to have another kitty to play with! I try to make friends with the resident cats here, but they generally pay me no mind. I also enjoy snuggling up with my foster mom at bed time. I am afraid of treats and have not found a wet food I like. **This cat is currently in a foster home and arrangements can be made for a meeting once you have applied with us. All cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and tested for FIV/FeLV. If interested in adopting me, please fill out an online adoption application at https://colonycats.org/adoption_app.html to expedite the process. Due to the large number of inquiries received, we are unable to respond to emails quickly.** ________________________________ Kitten Adoption Policy: Kittens cannot be adopted as a solo pet, they must either go home with another kitten or join a home that already has a young, playful cat. If there are no other pets in the household, adoption of two littermates is required. Kittens thrive with a feline companion to help them learn, play, and develop healthy social skills.
