Esme is a perfect cat. Really. Affectionate, yet with personality. She enjoys the company of people and other animals. She’s recovering beautifully from her life-threatening accident. Even though she has a bit of a limp, it doesn’t prevent her from running (especially when chasing her foster siblings), jumping, and climbing. She is truly a joy generator. Esme is available for adoption solo or as a pair. Esme is currently being fostered with another cat. We require adopters to fill out an application, have basic references checked, allow a home visit and video tour (to ensure conditions are safe and reasonable), and pay an adoption fee. We allow all adopters an up-to-2-week-long tryout period to determine if the cat(s) is a good match for them. If not, we will retrieve the cat(s) and return the adoption fee in full.
