This is Cookie, dubbed "Cookie Monster" at the shelter! A nickname we mean in the most loving way. He's one of the favorites from a recent group of transports from Down South. Cookie Monster is sweet and entertaining, and we all love him so much. One of his most endearing traits is that he's a bit dramatic and he's made us very aware recently that he never, in fact, consented to his trip up to NH, which became clear when he said no, thank you to the snow... then to the cold... and then even to the rain. He's ready and prepared for sun only! That's not a lot to ask for, right? Maybe he'll feel better when the summer hits! Cookie Monster is fun but isn't super high energy. He's playful though and his playstyle does possibly suggest he has some Boxer in him! He likes to "box" when he loves you, if you get him excited. He may be willing to live with another dog pending a dog meeting here at the shelter. We do not know how he would do with cats.
