Sioux has a story of an owner at one time. Maybe he was loved and cared for, but as soon as Sioux got older, everything changed. Left outside, on a chain and simply forgotten. When he became just another obstacle in the yard, the owners decided they didn't want him any longer. Seniors dont complain. They dont ask for much. Just like Sioux. He just wants to be loved . have a soft spot to land. And be part of a family.
