About Gus

Meet Gus. This little munchkin is the coolest dude around. Standing at just 18 inches and weighing 37 lbs, he’s a black mouth cur/corgi mix with an adventurous spirit and keen hunting instincts. He loves chasing everything from balls to birds, squirrels, and even rabbits. Watching him get close to catching flies and beetles is always entertaining! At 2 years old, Gus is move-in ready. He knows his name, is potty trained, and crate trained. He doesn’t mark territory or chew, plus he can be trusted to be alone outside his crate. When he wants to go outside, he’ll let you know by going to the door, whether it’s time to play or do his business. Just say, ‘let’s go pee pee,’ and he’s all set. Gus enjoys staying active and loves going for walks, car rides, and even golf cart adventures. He’ll bounce with excitement like he’s tap dancing! While he does well during pack walks and is social with other dogs, he prefers to be your one and only. To thrive best, he’ll need a fenced yard and a home with children aged 13 and up.
