Meet Sally Lou Well hello there-I'm Sally Lou, and yes, I do know I'm adorable. And yes, I do have a little sass to go with it. I'm one of three lucky sisters who made it through a really tough start in life. My amazing mama, Mary Lou, was abandoned right before we were born, left in a crate with nothing. She fought so hard for us, but by the time help arrived, only a few of us survived. My sisters, Daisy Lou and Cindy Lou, and I are the ones who got our second chance-and I plan to make the absolute most of mine. I may be small, but I've got a big personality packed into this little pittie body. I'm curious, spunky, and just the right amount of feisty. I like to think of myself as the "fun director" of the group-if something's happening, I'm probably in the middle of it (or starting it ). Don't let the sass fool you though-I've got a super sweet side too. I love attention, belly rubs, and being told I'm a good girl (which I obviously am). I'll make you laugh, keep you on your toes, and then curl up next to you when it's time to recharge. Life hasn't always been kind to me, but you'd never know it by the way I bounce around, ready for whatever comes next. All I need now is a forever home that will love me for my big personality, my silly antics, and my endless affection. So... are you ready for a little sass, a lot of love, and a lifetime of laughs? The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention.
