Bluey Huey was an owner surrender to the New York Animal Care Centers - the NYC Municipal Animal Shelter. The reason was he was too 'active'. His owners describe him as: He can be friendly, outgoing and playful with strangers and visitors and is friendly, outgoing and playful with dogs he knows, cats and children.
