Leaf is ready to turn over a new leaf — and find her forever home! When Leaf first arrived in foster care, she was a shy, uncertain little girl still deciding if humans were worth the risk. Spoiler alert: she decided we are!! With some patience and time, she has blossomed into a curious, affectionate cat who loves exploring her world and soaking up pets. She's got great taste in toys. Leaf enjoys a leisurely wand toy session, will absolutely lose her mind over the red dot, and has a special soft spot for her track ball toy — she and her foster mom bat the ball back and forth together. That little toy was the key that unlocked her heart! Speaking of keys to her heart — Churu is basically her love language. Temptations and boiled chicken are close runners-up. Home life? She has charmed even the resident cat — a notoriously grumpy roommate — and won her over completely. She's also had some exposure to the resident dogs and seems wary but not scared. A cat-savvy dog? Probably no problem! When she's not playing or snacking, you'll find Leaf curled up in a tiny circular tray at the top of her cat tower that she has definitely outgrown but refuses to acknowledge. It's her throne. We don't question it. Leaf is looking for a calm, patient home where she can keep blossoming at her own pace. She'd love a confident feline roommate to show her the ropes — and a human who finds joy in watching a shy cat discover just how wonderful the world can be.
