Tinelle is a very petite and shy 1 year old Border Collie mix. Once she gets to know you her personality changes, but she still likes to be with another dog. She is fully vetted and is learning what a leash is, but she is taking her time figuring it out. So, in the meantime we let her enjoy life and learn what it's all about being a young adult with very little socialization.
