Years ago, Korotsuko crept into an open window and found a place to call home, even if she never fully accepted what home meant. A major change in her owner's life led her to need a soft place to land that only Animal League America could provide her. We offered her some quiet time in our Long Term Care Home to absorb new knowledge about humans, and at the same time we've observed that she's been most content in the presence of other cats. Now safely placed in a room in Bianca's Furry Friends full of cats who've had similar experiences and feelings, she's gently nestling her way into the comfort of a furry embrace. An adult home experienced with caring for fearful cats, with a welcoming feline friend waiting expectantly for her, will open up a life for her that suits her purrfectly. This senior has experienced her fair share of challenges, but we've promised her finding her retirement home will make everything else just stepping stones to her ultimate happiness.
