This young Frenchie is equal parts comedy, chaos, and cuddles, wrapped up in one irresistibly adorable little package. She’s the dog who will greet every person like they’re her long-lost best friend, who believes every dog she meets is there for a playdate, and who somehow manages to turn even the most ordinary day into something way more fun. Maizie absolutely loves other dogs and will happily spend hours bouncing, wrestling, and zooming around with a playful companion, so if your pup has been wishing for a best friend, she’s ready to apply for the position. She’s even reportedly good with cats, which just adds to her all-around “everyone is invited to my party” personality. Like many Frenchies, she has her bursts of energy—the famous zoomies included—but she also knows how to settle in and soak up affection, preferably right next to you (or on top of you, if we’re being honest). She is housebroken but sometimes in a new transition has a couple tiny pee accidents but she can learn a new routine quick enough! She was found wandering as a stray, somehow overlooked by whoever should have been searching for her, but we’re determined to make sure her next home is the one that never lets her go. Maizie is not a dog who wants to spend her life waiting in a crate—she wants to be in the middle of your world, part of your daily routine, your couch time, your bedtime, your everything. We’re looking for a home that truly wants a companion, ideally with another playful dog or at least regular opportunities for social time, because she thrives on connection and fun.
