Although she has been at the shelter a very short time, she has won the hearts of many volunteers that care for her. Elsie has mesmerizing green eyes and will purr as you gaze into them. She loves being up front and center in her space and shares that space well with two dynamic & larger kitty-brothers. She has been our rescue's Cat Room resident for just a few weeks and her personality is still being revealed to us.
