Meet Jasper! Jasper was found in rough shape, with mats covering his body that were clearly uncomfortable for him. But everything changed once he was rescued and finally got the care he needed. After being groomed and freed from all that, it was like a whole new dog emerged—happy, playful, full of life, and so ready to love. Now, Jasper is thriving in his foster home, getting along beautifully with other dogs and soaking up every bit of care and kindness he’s given.
