Meet Sophie, a beautiful 5-year-old girl who wants to be loved but isn't certain how to ask for it! She was picked up as a feral mama cat, and although her kittens have long gone home, she is waiting for the right person to fall in love with her. She still hisses when she sees people, but she never hits and doesn't run away when she knows you. In fact she loves to be pet and enjoys head rubs and having her back rubbed. She also enjoys being brushed. She just needs a few meetings to be confident and comfortable around you! She likes to hang out high in the cat trees or by a window where she can watch the birds. She loves other cats and gets along well with them. Once comfortable, she does enjoy playing with wand toys too! Sophie is big on treats and wet food as well.
