About Rae

Start your journey together! Apply now. Rae is an adorable mixed Shepherd puppy, about 7 months old, who was found abandoned in a rural area but hasn’t let her tough beginnings dampen her spirit. She’s friendly, confident, and always ready to embrace life with excitement! Since coming into foster care at Helping Paws Pet Rescue in mid-March, Rae has enjoyed the company of both dogs and cats. She’s currently mastering potty training (with the help of her crate) and learning basic commands like sit, come, and down. Rae adores her daily walks and outdoor playtime, making her a wonderful companion for active families. She would thrive best in a home that already has another dog and where her guardians are happy to continue her positive reinforcement training—she genuinely wants to please. Rae is spayed, dewormed, microchipped, and up to date on most of her vaccines. Come meet this charming pup and let her bring energy and joy into your home! Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
