Jenny is currently in a foster home in Houston, TX and is eligible for meet & greets! Meet Jenny! Jenny is a 10 year old female schnauzer mix who currently weighs 30 pounds. Jenny is fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed and ready to find a family to call her own! Jenny came to us as an owner surrender. Who owner is elderly and no longer able to take care of Jenny. Jenny came to us flea ridden and with a nasty ear infection and UTI. She clearly wasn't being taken care of. Jenny is all fixed up and ready for her happily ever after! Jenny is dog friendly and currently lives with other dogs in her foster home. She is shy at first. She just wants to make sure the other dogs aren't going to hurt her, but then she'll be their best friend! We would say that she has a low energy level and is a "lazy girl". She enjoys playing with her doggie foster siblings and will roll on her back. Jenny is kid friendly and would be great with any and all ages of children! Jenny walks great on a leash and will stay calmly next to you. Jenny is great about sharing her food, toys and treats with her doggie foster siblings. Jenny is fully potty trained and crate trained. She's quiet and calm in the crate, but also does great if she's left out to free roam. Her current foster family lets her free roam while they are away from the home and she does well. Here's a small blurb about Jenny from her foster mom: Jenny is such a good girl! She is so incredibly loving and listens so well. Her perfect day consists of hanging out with her humans on the couch while you watch your favorite tv show or movie. She enjoys cuddles and naps. She is so sweet and enjoys getting attention. She's also able to entertain herself if you're busy. She rides great in the car and will just lie down and enjoy the ride. She's great in the bath and will sit still for me to trim her nails. She's such a good girl. Jenny has a low energy level and would be great in a home with a dog friend or without! She has lived in both environments and would be just fine either way. She's great at the vet's office. She loves all people and just wants love in return! She will happily greet you and all visitors at the door with tail wags. She's such an easy dog.
