Meet Rocko! Rocko’s modern life began when he busted out of the shelter and settled into his foster home! He is 7 years young and 46 pounds of lovable, rolly-polly fun! Don’t let the number fool you—this guy still has plenty of pep in his step and a playful spark that keeps life interesting. Rocko is the perfect mix of energetic goofball and professional cuddle buddy. He loves to play and is a pro at fetch, but he’s equally happy climbing into your lap (yes, all 46 pounds of him!) for some quality snuggle time. Like his namesake, a certain lovable Australian cartoon wallaby, affection is his love language, and he gives it freely. He’s house trained, neutered, great on a leash, and an excellent co-pilot in the car, making him the perfect adventure partner. Rocko will happily head into his kennel for a treat or enrichment toy, though he’s still working on his patience while inside—after all, he’d much rather be hanging out with his people. Rocko has shown curiosity about cats without aggression, and he’s been a little slow to warm up to his furry foster brother. Because of this, he’ll do best with patient introductions and a family willing to let friendships grow at his pace.
