Rupert is a 1 year old guy with energy to match. He is new to rescue so no back ground information is available sadly. He loves people and wants to play and accept any scratches given. Rupert has crazy energy so training and yard for him to burn it off in are needed. Rupert kennels well and so far seems ok with other dogs more size since he doesn’t know his power ( brick house) As we learn more about him we will share information Rupert has been neutered and fully vetted.
