About Tuna!

Tuna! is a calm, striking brown tabby with prominent black stripes and frosted gray tips, with delightful little polka dots on his paws. He came from a deli in Midwood, Brooklyn after it closed, and he’s adapted quickly to indoor life. Tuna! likes being around people, especially during mealtime, and will follow you with a meow if he thinks his meal needs company. Most of the day, he’s quiet but rewards attention seekers with a resonant purr. He doesn’t demand to be a lap cat, but he’ll join you if you make the first move—and if you’re hosting, expect him to greet guests or watch the action calmly from his favorite cat box. Tuna! entertains himself with toys that dangle, from wands to yarn, showing off his playful side. His even temperament and social attitude make him a natural fit for most households, including those with kids.
