About Butter Nubbins
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Butter Nubbins was surrendered when his previous owner could no longer care for him, and it’s clear he’s hoping to be part of a loving family once more. Though he may seem a little shy at first, Butter quickly warms up, especially with children—he’s had plenty of positive experiences and is known for his gentle, tolerant nature. Butter has also lived with cats and other dogs, but because he can be an energetic playmate, it's best to introduce him slowly to canine friends with a similar energy level. He’s a bright, eager learner who knows many commands, is crate-trained, and will let you know when it’s time for a bathroom break. Squeaky toys and Kongs are some of Butter’s favorite ways to pass the time when he isn’t enjoying the company of a human or another dog. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate companion, Butter Nubbins may be the perfect fit for your family! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
