River is a sweet doggie that came from a bad situation so he is a little shy with others. He is finally good with his foster people but still a little shy and will keep getting better in time. His foster people say he is very sweet, affectionate with them, very loving and loves his kennel at night time. He is currently with other dogs and cats, It may take time for him to get to know you but he deserves a chance for that friendly home he so much deserves.
