When he arrived at the rescue in August 2025, he weighed a stunning 118 lbs, but through steady care in his foster home, he’s down to a much healthier 76 lbs. Louie takes life at a relaxed pace and loves nothing more than short, leisurely walks, sunbathing, and hanging out with his furry companions. He lives with both cats and other dogs and gets along well with everyone, showing a gentle and social nature.
