About Leah

#A5755934 Meet Leah , a stunning 5-year-old Siberian Husky with a fluffy milky-white coat - like the most perfect dollop of whipped cream - and piercing soulful eyes that will have you wrapped around her paw in seconds. Amid all the noise and chaos of the shelter, Leah stands out for her calm, gentle energy, which is pretty unusual for a Husky! She may appear a bit stoic and reserved in her kennel, but don’t let that fool you. With a few tasty treats (which she takes ever so softly!), our team quickly saw her start to warm up, giving us sweet glimpses of the loving girl she truly is. Leah came in with her pup sibling, Osito (#A5755937) , and she could thrive in a multi-dog home - from smaller pups to ones her size or even bigger. Once she has the time and space to decompress in a loving home, we’re confident her personality will truly shine. Leah is a true diamond in the rough, just waiting for someone special to discover her. Will that be you? -5 year old white Siberian Husky -52 pound female - may need to be spayed upon adoption, but the shelter can likely help with this! -may also need the standard round of shots and preventatives before she can go home with you, but the shelter can likely help with this as well -came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 2/13/26 as a stray with pup sibling, Osito (#A5755937) -lovely chill personality that would thrive in a multi-dog household LEAH’S VIDEO: https://youtube.com/shorts/8kMlaCIuMks For more information, contact volunteer Lor at lor@unitedhopeforanimals.org ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.
