<p>Romeo is a sweet boy who loves attention and cuddles. He was abandoned at an apartment complex and came right up to us asking for food. Romeo has a genetic defect that causes him to walk on the elbow of his left front leg, but it does not slow him down a bit. He loves to be up high and is often at the top of a cabinet or the top of the cat tree. He loves to chase the laser light straight up the wall!
