Meet Niyla! Niyla is still acclimating to life here at PARL so we have not been able to see her true personality. In her previous home, Niyla was known to follow her owner around the house and loved cuddling while watching tv. Niyla was also reported to want to be the only cat in the home and would do well with someone with a quiet lifestyle.
