About Shyanne
Shyanne (we call her Annie) came to us after her owners moved away and left her and her two puppies standing in the driveway to figure it out on their own. Oh, did we mention that Annie was SO PREGNANT it looked like she was going to pop at any moment! Yep, that's her story! Out of the Woods TO THE RESCUE! Annie and her boys were gathered up and each of them received a foster home. And although we thought Annie would have her babies within a day or two, she waited 15 more days until she finally delivered those 6 puppies! The puppies are now gone to forever homes and Annie has been to see the dogtor to put an end to that endless breeding! So now it's her turn for a home! Annie weighs 45 pounds and is a stout little girl. She's looks like a small Rottweiler with perky ears. She's sweet as sugar, a great watch dog, good with all other dogs in the home (there's a bunch of them, all shapes and sizes), and she is house trained and crate trained. The only think this girl does not do well is walk on leash and she's not good riding in the car. She rides fine, but she vomits. :( That is something that will probably improve over time if it's something you are interested in, but on her journey to the vet and back, both trips ... :( Annie loves being outdoors. In fact, it's her preferred place to spend her time. She does know how to use a doggie door and once in a while we will find her lounging in a crate inside, but most of the time, she's out sunning on nice days and playing with the younger dogs in the home. She's VERY playful because she's a young dog herself, maybe 2. If you would like to meet Annie to see if she's your perfect match, please start with our Adoption Application ... the link is just below.
