Ted is the sweetest, most playful guy! Ted can take a few days to adjust to a home setting, and might need some reminders of what is good to chew on and what isn't, but once he gets the hang of it he is the most polite dog! Ted gets along great with other dogs, he is very gentle and respectful, while remaining playful and engaged. Ted loves all toys, he is an aggressive chewer so toys don't stand a chance! Ted thrives outside, whether in a fenced yard or on his tie down, Ted loves being outside. He loves to play fetch but will also "throw" his toys for himself and is great at keeping himself entertained. Ted is happiest with a ball or toy outside, he could sit for hours in the sun or dig in the snow. He truly is the nicest dog, loves to be around people and other dogs, but will cuddle on the couch with you in a second. Ted is a big softie, he loves giving kisses and snuggling with you anywhere. Anytime Ted can follow you around the house is a good time for him. Ted does require being fed in a puzzle or slow feed dish but since being in a home setting he has become much better about eating at a slower pace. While Ted will guzzle food he is NOT food aggressive at all, and will back up or sit back at any time when something comes between him and his food. Overall, Ted is the BIGGEST gentleman, and while he might need occasional redirection or coaching, he is seriously the nicest dog that any home would be lucky to have.
