Harper is a 3 year old female Pit mix with the sweetest heart and the gentlest spirit - and she is all set to find her forever home. She recently went on a Dog Day Out with two volunteers, who gave her a fun adventure around town. Harper hopped in the car for a pup cup treat, and she did amazing on the ride - calm, relaxed, and perfectly happy cuddling with someone in the back seat. She did need a little help getting in and out of the car, but that’s something a little practice and encouragement will easily fix. On walks, Harper stays close by your side. She doesn’t pull on the leash or try to lead the way, she simply enjoys being near her person. And this friendly girl loves people! She is incredibly affectionate and lights up whenever she meets someone new. But her excitement really shows when she sees another dog - Harper absolutely loves making dog friends and greeting them with joy.
