Hi, my name is Willow, and I’m a sweet, pocket-sized gal! I may take a moment to take everything in at first, but I’m very polite and patient—especially when it’s time to get leashed up for an adventure. I’m always happy to join in, whether it’s a fun run in the play yard with my favorite toys, a walk, or even a car ride and doggy day out! I’ve already been on several doggy day outs, including a visit to the Railyard Market and a hike at the volcanoes. At the Railyards, I did wonderfully soaking up pets from new people and calmly taking in all the exciting sights and sounds. I also enjoyed riding in the car with two dog pals (and proudly claimed the front seat, where I made an excellent co-pilot—resting my eyes just to recharge, of course!). I’ve shown that I can comfortably share space with other dogs both in the car and out on adventures, and I especially appreciate polite, easygoing canine friends. On our volcano hike, I loved exploring the trails, sniffing all the interesting plants, and showing off my great leash manners. Afterward, I happily relaxed during the car ride and enjoyed cuddles with both the humans and my doggy companion. If you’re looking for an adventurous yet calm little gal who’s content to sit quietly by your side and equally excited for outings and trips, I would love to be your best buddy. I’ve spent several months in the shelter, where I’ve blossomed, made wonderful friends with staff and volunteers, and learned so much—but now I’m ready to head home with you and start our next chapter together!
