Strawberry, .born approximately 2/21/2023, the sweetest little retired mama you’ll ever meet. Strawberry spent part of her life out on the streets doing what so many brave mama cats do: surviving and raising babies. Now that her motherhood days are officially behind her, this lovely lady is ready for a life that’s all about her. With her adorable tabby “strawberry topping” coat on her back and tail and a soft whipped-cream white belly underneath, she looks like the cutest little dessert you’ve ever seen. But Strawberry’s real charm is her personality. She is a flirty, outgoing social butterfly who believes every human she meets is simply a friend she hasn’t charmed yet. Expect head boops, affectionate twirls around your ankles, and plenty of “hello, admire me please” moments. You might notice her eye has a soft cloudy look—a little souvenir from her time outdoors caused by a healed corneal ulcer. The good news? It’s completely healed and doesn’t slow her down one bit. If anything, it just adds a dash of character to her already expressive face, like a tiny badge of resilience from her street-cat days. After spending so long taking care of everyone else, Strawberry is ready for the sweet life: cozy naps, plenty of attention, and a family who appreciates a confident, affectionate little lady who loves being part of the action. That fee includes spay or neuter, microchipping (we register the chip for you), testing for FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and/or FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), current, age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment and deworming. Even after two-week period, we'll take the adopted cat back for any reason. Come to our adoption fairs, held every second and fourth Saturday at Sheets Pet Clinic (809 Chimney Rock Court, Greensboro, NC, 27409) from 1-3pm, unless the Saturday falls on an observed holiday.  At the clinic on those days, you can visit sometimes 40 kittens/cats at one time, interact with them in a quiet environment, spend as much time as you like with them in exam rooms.
