Grayson found himself Parvo positive while sitting in a shelter, and needed to find a foster in rescue fast, as he was at risk of being euthanized. Now, he is ready to find his forever home! Grayson is a smart pupper that knows sit, shake, down, leave it, off, drop it, wait, and more. He quickly learned how to ring the bells to go outside. He has the energy of a dog that would love long walks and hiking trips. He's been seen pointing in the backyard occasionally - with proper training, he might even make a good hunting buddy! He sleeps well in his kennel (with proper physical and mental stimulation) - he's talkative and loud like a Hound dog, and will tell you when he's frustrated...just like a toddler! He is dog friendly, cat friendly, and kid friendly. He is still a puppy, and working on his play mouthy-ness and jumping. He loves to jump and catch toys. So a home with school-aged kids, or with kids that are used to dogs would be great. He has just the softest coat with the squishiest, wrinkly face. He loves to cuddle with his people and follow them around. Grayson LOVES to have his head covered up with a blanket when he's really tired. He will become a cuddle monster if you let him be the little spoon. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved.
