Our handsome Casey is 45 pounds of joy and zest for life. At about a year old, he's an energetic adolescent who just wants to make friends with everyone he sees, animal and human. He plays well with children and doesn't seem to get excited about cats. He is neutered, vaccinated and ready to start a new life. Casey would fit wonderfully into a loving, active family with children or with an individual looking for an at-the-ready, loyal companion. Our dogs and cats are among the best you will find anywhere. The Powell County Animal Shelter is at 121 Echo Hollow Road, Clay City, KY. We can arrange to meet you at the shelter during or after open hours at a time that works for you. Shelter hours are 9-3 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 10 to noon on Saturday. The fee covers the mandatory spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, dewormer, and first round of flea and tick preventatives.
