Lucy is a 6 month old bundle of sweetness! We have had her in our home for over a week now. She came to us very shy and reserved, but within the first few hours of being with us, she started to open up and show her silly, quirky, playful, and loving personality. Lucy is nearly house trained, as we have only had one accident in the house. She does well in her crate, but at times she does not like being all by herself. She can be uncertain of new situations but with patience, love, and lots of good treats, she has grown in her confidence so much already! Lucy thrives off of interactions with other dogs and with humans. She gets SO excited each time you come into the room, making you feel like the most special person in the world to her! When she’s excited, she loves to pick up any toy she can find and prance around happily in “tail wagging” circles. She loves chewing on bones, playing with her toys, and sniffing around outside. When she’s done having fun, she enjoys laying down with you and snuggling up against you. Lucy would love a doggie friend to help to continue to build her confidence and to show her the ropes. Lucy has been such a joy to have in our home. It has been a wonderful feeling to watch her grow and learn in so many ways.
