Blizzy was rescued the night of the NYC blizzard in February. She had been abandoned with an old , dirty and torn up collar for months wandering the neighborhood. With the imminent blizzard , the people who had been feeding her outside decided they wanted to find her help. We got her inside , and he is safe now in a loving foster home. Blizzy was already neutered , but no owner to find him sadly . Blizzy deserves a happily ever after now . He’s healthy , vaccinated and negative for fiv /felv.
